"I joined Ambience Hagley in 2007 after 15 years in a target-driven Birmingham city centre salon. Beauty therapy has been my passion for over 30 years, and working as a therapist, the ultimate goal came when Nadia and I were offered the chance to co-own Ambience in 2014. Since then, we've gone from strength to strength, expanding, developing, and bringing in the latest industry techniques as skincare specialists. When out of the salon, I love to spend time with my family and travel in our campervan to all parts of the UK and France.”
Fun fact; I can touch my nose with my tongue.
Nadia
•NADIA• SENIOR THERAPIST/DIRECTOR
"My beauty journey began in 2006 with a part-time reception role at Ambience Hagley while I was studying for my Beauty Therapy NVQ level 2&3 at Kidderminster College. After completing my qualifications, I advanced to a full-time therapist, gaining invaluable experience before realizing my dream of running my own beauty salon alongside Karen as co-directors.
In my free time, I enjoy shopping, sipping cocktails (especially on a beach), and socializing. Most importantly, I cherish spending time with my family, including my boys, Jasper and Jude.
Fun fact: I talk with my eyebrows!"
Lenya
•LENYA • SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST
I qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 96/97 and throughout those 27 years, I have worked in many salons, including my time at Ambience Hagley, where I joined in 2015 before leaving to have my second child in 2017. I’m thrilled to have been welcomed back into the team of skincare specialists. As many of you know, my passion is 'feet.' I absolutely love providing beauty therapy for them and have been told many times by my regulars, 'no one does feet like you do, Len.'
In my family time, we love to holiday, eat out, go on spa breaks, and just spend time with my husband and two sons, James and Henry. Fun Fact - I'm addicted to watching 'pimple popping' on YouTube 🤪

AMY SENIOR THERAPIST
“From a very young age, I knew I wanted to pursue beauty therapy. I began with work experience, got qualified, and started my journey in this rewarding field. With 16 years of salon experience across various locations, including award-winning salons, I took a break to have my daughter. Now, I am excited to continue my journey at Ambience Hagley, where I can share my passion for facials, body and massage treatments, and nails.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my little family, taking holidays in Cornwall, and savoring a glass of Prosecco.
Fun fact: I am decor obsessed! My home transforms throughout the year with decorations for Valentine's, Halloween, Christmas, and New Year. Yes, I’m the one who has a Christmas tree up in November!
Sophie
•SOPHIE• SENIOR THERAPIST
Hiya, my name is Sophie.
I have been a beauty therapist for over 9 years, working in various salon and spa environments. As a skincare specialist, my favorite treatments to perform are facials. I love making my clients feel amazing and seeing a real difference when they leave.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and taking long walks with my family—anything outdoors, I’m there!
I’m really looking forward to my new adventure with Ambience Hagley and furthering my career within the beauty therapy industry. I can’t wait to meet you all ❤️

TIA • BEAUTY THERAPIST
I began my journey at Ambience Hagley in 2022, at the start of my first year studying beauty therapy. Over the summer, I worked more hours and started offering gel removals. I resumed my studies in September 2023 for my second year in beauty therapy. A few interesting facts about me are that I love tasting new foods, gaming, and spending time with my friends, all while learning from the best skincare specialists at Ambience Hagley.

RECEPTIONIST
After 20 years of being a happy client at Ambience Hagley, I joined the Ambience team as a Receptionist in September 2024.
I love chatting with all our lovely clients and making them feel welcome at our beauty therapy center. I feel lucky to work alongside such a professional, experienced, and friendly team, especially our skincare specialists.
As a mum of two teenagers, I enjoy socializing with friends and going to the theatre.

RECEPTIONIST
I had the wonderful opportunity to join the Ambience Hagley team for my work experience in June 2024. Since then, I've been gaining valuable hands-on experience by working at reception on Saturdays. I am excited to share that I am planning to start my studies for a Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy in September 2025. I look forward to expanding my skills in beauty therapy and contributing to our amazing team of skincare specialists!
